At Homegenie, we’re building a workplace that celebrates collaboration, inclusivity, and a strong team spirit. To support this culture, we are launching:

“Tea with Team Manager” Initiative

Purpose:

To provide an opportunity for Team Managers, All Department Managers, and Sales Managers to engage with their respective teams in an informal setting—fostering open communication, team alignment, and stronger interpersonal rapport.

Guidelines:

• Eligibility: All Team Managers / All Department Managers / Sales Managers

• Frequency: Once per calendar month

• Budget: ₹50 per person

• Reimbursement: Post-payment reimbursement through the Accounts Team with valid bills

• Format: To be held post office hours after 6:30 PM

Cultural Intent:

• Encourage team bonding in a relaxed setting

• Promote transparent communication

• Reinforce Homegenie’s values – friendliness, inclusivity, and team success
